The Drummond Company has been developing The Oakbridge community since 1987. Oakbridge consist of the private golf community of Grasslands. Grasslands is a private country club designed by Jerry Pate and Bob Cupp. It is the home of the pros in Polk County. We have PGA, Senior PGA, LPGA and other tour members who live and play here. Grasslands plays host the the first stage of the PGA Tour Qualifying School and the first stage of The U.S. Open. Grasslands also has a first rate tennis comlex that consist of 5 hydro courts and 2 hard surface courts.
